My favourite thread again...
I heard about the shocking incident near Stuttgart when I was at school, our teacher told us in class...
Of course I was terribly shocked (I thought that such things do only happen in America
)!
Although I live in Austria and that's why Stuttgart is quite far away, I started to think that such things can happen anywhere in the world and I am rather scared... :| [/quote]

Yes, it's horrible. Today we had a Schweigeminute (Don't know the english word ò.O.) in school because of that. I mean, to steal somebodys life, what must be happened? I don't think, that somebody can do this because of little problems or so. I just can't understand.
And two weeks (or so) ago, a boy in our village (12000 people) killed hisself. (Erhängung, I don't know the english word ò.O.) He was just a normal guy, had a lot of friends, was good in school, loved playing football and all. He came from a party and the next morning, the father found him - dead. Nobody knows why. Hole town was shocked. And now that in Stuttagrt. It's just like livin' in a world without happiness, just with dead. And the next moment we're laughing like there's no tomorrow and I ask myself how to do something like that. I just can't imagine any reason.

Oh my god, I can't believe that such a rampage happened in Germany.
We also had one minute's silence. I was really astonished, when I heard that at the radio. The boy must have been crazy and I bet there are a lot more teenies like him, who have psychological problems and no professionel help.
I feel so sorry for all the families, who lost their children 'cause of this action.
As i heard in the newspaper the boy must have been very uncommunicative, shy, treated bad by a feminine teacher and didn't have lots of friends. he rather thought that he might win some friendships with his money (his parents seemed to be very rich). But they didn't care about his family background and his amount of money. Moreover, I also heard that he always had a weakness for guns. I even think that he had a gun licence and played stupid games with his people associated with harmless guns!!!

Well, it isn't the first time that something like that happened in Germany. It was the third time, the first was in Erfurt, then Emsdetten and now Wenneden (or how ever you write that 'o.O.).
Yes, he ever got everything he wanted. He was depressive, but that isn't any apologize what he did.
But I'm caring for his parents. I mean, they're just the parents of the boy, who killed sixteen people. And I think everybody asks himself/herself why the parents didn't see anything. It must be really hard. And everybody feels so sorry for the people lost a child which was killed by the boy (fergot the name xD) but the parents of the boy lost a child, too. And they mustn't cry in public.
@ bella666:
i won't be untactfull, but can you explain that ? I'm a very happy person, so I can't imagine. You mustn't say anything what you don't want. Of course, I feel sad somnetimes but never so much ..
