Ähm, dass sie das deutsche Wort verwendet hat, liegt daran, dass es im Englischen existiert. Guck mal ins Wörterbuch. Wir übernehmen ja auch oft Begriffe aus dem Englischen, die zum Teil schon ganz normaler Sprachbegrauch sind.
Ich glaube den Witz der Stelle kann man nicht übersetzen und er ist ja auch nur für uns Deutsche vorhanden, bzw. für die, die deutsch können.

Jaa natürlich, es ist ja klar das das auch im Englischen existiert, sonst hätte es JK nicht verwendet.
Aber das 'ä' darin war überaschend, weil ich vorher noch kein Englisches Wort mit 'ä' gekannt habe :)
In 'Quidditch trough the Ages' wurde auch schon Deutsch verwendet! :) Find ich toll.

also... ich denke das wäre die logischste Möglichkeit. Eine andere Lösung wäre es, das ganze in gebrochenem Deutsch zu schreiben. Was aber nicht so gaaanz sinnvoll wäre, meiner Meinung nach^^ Ich weiß nicht genau, aber meiner Meinung nach, ist es besser ihre flüssige Sprache in englisch zu verwandeln und ihre gebrochenen Englischversuche in gebrochene Deutschversuche zu machen...
