I think it fits quite good in here, because speaking (well, writing in this case) English is a kind of hobby, and you might improve your skills, so it helps you in school. ;)Liz_ hat geschrieben:Nonetheless, I'd rather put it into the 'Quasselecke' than in 'Schule & Hobbies'
I love English too... I read a lot of English books and a few years ago I was in England for about two weeks. :) That was a really great time - we went to a school with, of course, English teachers... at first they were difficult to understand (as well as our host family...) but after some time I got used to it. When I went back home I thought in English, too.
It's the same when I read an English book and someone disturbs me - in the first moment I always want to answer in English. I'm glad that never happened because people would be quite surprised.

I like to watch movies in English, too. Therefore I rather buy a DVD than get it on the illegal way, because then I'm able to choose the language.

@ -Hermione- : Your friends shouldn't call you stupid for thinking in English, because... well, it proves your intelligence rather than your stupidity, doesn't it?
But my friends also give me weird looks when I'm reading an English book... and they're like, "WTF?! You do that VOLUNTARILY?!" - I SO can't stand this!
