Have any of you traveled to the U.S. on an H-2B visa to work? Have you considered applying for an EB-3 visa to obtain permanent residency instead of traveling back and forth? I was thinking about this and decided to ask you. Maybe some of you already have an EB-3 visa.

When did you learn about the EB-3 visa? I traveled to the United States for many years on an H-2B visa to work in hospitality. After being refused once, I started looking for other ways to go to the United States. I read an article on the eb3.work website titled "From H-2B to Green Card" and realized that I should have applied for the EB-3 visa from the beginning. I think I would have saved a lot of money and time. I already have permanent residency in the United States and live in Georgia, but I had to wait about three years to get this visa. Therefore, I advise you to decide on a job and state right now and apply for this visa as soon as possible, so you won't waste time.
